Our HomeSafe External Antenna works extremely well with our Alert Radios for fringe area locations.

Fringe areas are 50 - 60 miles from a transmitter depending on land topography.  This external antenna works extremely well with our alert radios for these areas.  The antenna comes with 15 feet of coaxial cable already equipped with the connectors necessary to attach to the weather alert radio.  There is a "L" bracket for easy mounting.

Note:  Our external antenna is recommended if you are in a building that consist metal such as a mobile home.  Some large office buildings need the external antenna too.  If you would like to talk with a technician regarding the possibility of needing an external antenna please call 1-800-607-6737.
