HomeSafe, Inc. believes, as stated in the letter received by former Vice President Al Gore (with support letters from former Governor James Hunt, Jr. and Dr. Gavin Smith from North Carolina Emergency Management), that these weather alert/all hazard monitors should be as common as smoke detectors and we applaud companies in taking initiatives regarding the importance of placing these type monitors in residential homes or any place entrusted with public safety today. We specialize in developing partnerships with government, city, fire departments, television/radio station and private companies by placing their label on the monitors as well as designing a label for the packaging box detailing the partnership.

Through partnerships we offer you the choice of having your monitors privately labeled with a design of your choice. There is no charge for private labeling. Again, private labeling is an option that we offer to state agencies and companies regarding distribution of these monitors. If you choose not to private label, the monitors will have our HomeSafe label on them.

Our units are packaged with the AC adapter and a 9-volt battery. The items included in our monitors are not standard with most units sold today. Our units are battery backed up, however, we believe the DC adapter option included with our monitors can be extremely valuable in the event that someone must leave their home. Our programmable monitor (SAME technology) is programmed at the Corporate Office and shipped to you or directly to your customer.  Our units are certified after programming to ensure the operational efficiency of the monitors.

Another important issue regarding partnerships is customer service. HomeSafe is available to assist your customers with any questions or problems regarding their monitors. We are available to walk your customers through the programming process via telephone if needed. Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST). Based on comments from current partners, our customer service has exceeded their expectations.
